Built in 1906, this lovely two-story house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, with original wood floors, a huge kitchen and separate dining room. Living room offers plenty of seating, TV with enhanced cable, DVD/VCR, CD/stereo, and large video and book library ideal for a rainy day. Phone, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, individual ACs in each room, and fenced rear yard with mature shade trees. Large wrap-around porch is great for lazy days of lemonade and good book. One of the few houses in the Lewes-Rehoboth Beach area to accommodate good dogs with deposit/lease addendum. Only 1.5 blocks to the beach, or a short walk to the canal and downtown restaurants and shops. Bicycles available for FREE use at the nearby Cape Henlopen State Park Nature Center, and the popular Cape May-Lewes Ferry is less than a mile down the beach access road. Shady side parking. No smoking please. Dog must meet breed requirements, have current shots, vet-issued flea preventative; pet fee and other restrictions apply. |
