| 203 Midland Avenue, Oars Rest, Lewes The cottage at 203 Midland Avenue is steps to the beach, and a short walk to town. This well-loved, three-bedroom artists cottage has an ample living/dining area, a small galley kitchen, one bathroom, a screened front porch and an outdoor shower. There are a washer and dryer in the shed, and some bikes you can use. In Spring 2005, a larger fenced in backyard was added, with patio, outdoor furniture, grill and landscaping. The cottage can sleep eight, but six or seven can be very comfortable. Sleeping accommodations include one double bed, a double bunk bed, and two single beds. Please bring your own linens and towels. There is a telephone with free local service, and phone cards can be used for long distance calls. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and includes a microwave and coffee maker, For your comfort there is a central air conditioner/ heat pump, but most days are comfortable with open windows. Amenities include a cable TV, wireless internet access, a DVD player and a radio/CD player. This charming cottage is decorated with the owners paintings. Sleeps eight; $700. - $1200/week |
