CHECK-IN time is between 2:00pm and 5:00pm. If you run into a problem that will make you later than those hours, please call and we will make arrangements for your rental package and keys. Please do not ask to have access prior to 2:00 pm. CHECK-OUT time is 10:00am. Please leave the property neat and orderly; remove food from the refrigerator and pantry; wash, dry, and put away the dishes, utensils, pots, pans and return to their proper place; beds made and furniture left arranged as you found it. Close & lock all windows and lock all exterior doors and return all keys to the rental office. Do not bring the keys to Lewes Realty and then return to the rental property. The cleaning crews must have access to the unit at precisely 10:00am in order to have it ready for the next tenant. If excessive housekeeping is required, an additional fee will be levied against and deducted from you security deposit. FINAL PAYMENT is due 30 Days prior to your scheduled arrival. Personal Checks Will Not Be Accepted If Received Less Than the 30 Day Requirement! We accept Cash, Certified Checks, Traverler's Cheques, or money orders ONLY. We Do NOT Accept Credit Cards! BY REQUEST OF THE OWNERS: ALL RENTAL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING!! This rule not only applies to the primary tenants, but to any and all visitors and guests. If a violation occurs, any additional cleaning, deodorizing, or other damages that result in a like amount will be deducted from your security deposit. OCCUPANCY is limited to the number of people stated on your lease. This will be strictly enforced. If this rule is violated, you will have to leave the premises. TELEPHONES are a courtesy provided by the owner and when making long distance calls, please use a calling card, phone card, or place charges on your home phone number only. TELEVISIONS / VCR / DVD's, if furnished, are also a courtesy of the owner, and in the event of failure, repair or replacement is NOT guaranteed. However, if a problem should occur, please contact Lewes Realty immediately. Accidental Damage Policy: This is not an option. Each rental will be charged a $50 fee as a coverage in case of damage. This is non-refundable, and eliminates a higher paid in advance charge, and the down time of waiting for a refund. If you are renting a "Pet Friendly" unit, there will still be a separate Pet Deposit required by the owner. LINENS: You must bring your own bed linens, bath and kitchen towels, plus paper products. Linens are NOT provided. RENTAL SERVICES Linens, rollaways, cribs, TV's, etc. may be rented from "Grand Rental Station" at 800-628-6253 or "Resort Rental Service" at 800-321-1592. PETS - No properties allow cats, sorry. Dogs are allowed ONLY in properties specifically indicated by the rental agent. Violation will result in eviction. Rentals that allow dogs require a separate "Pet Security" deposit and are indicated by this icon:
