POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.  Showers are required before entering the pool.

2.  Use of the pool at any time is at swimmer's risk.  No solo swimmers.

3.  Children 10 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult.

4.  Glass bottles, glassware, and sharp objects are not permitted in pool area.

5.  All swimmers must wear bona fide swimming attire.  Cutoffs, dungarees, and bermudas are not considered appropriate swim wear.  Children wearing diapers are not permitted in the pool.

6.  Portable radios, televisions, CD, and cassette players may only be used a  a sound level that is not offensive to other members and guests.

7.  Play equipemnt such as floats and rafts must meet with tht eclubs approval prior to use.

8.  Animals, bicycyles, skateboards, skim boards, boogie boards, play balls of any types, and coolers are restricted from the pool area.

9.  Running, ball playing, noise, or hazardous games or activities will not be permitted in pool area.  Pushing and dunking are prohibited.

10.  Diving is not permitted.  No one is to be on the Lifeguard stand, except for the Lifeguard.

11.  No fishing equipment or snorkeling equipment, other than a mask, is permitted in the pool area except as part of an organized course of instruction.

12.  Jumping or diving from bridge is strictly prohibited.

13.  No food beyond the pool gate.

14.  When signs are posted, "Sorry Pool Closed", no use of pool or clubhouse is permitted.
 

CAPE SHORES - RULES & REGULATIONS

1.  OCCUPANCY LIMITS: The number of persons to occupy any unit, may not exceed the number shown on your lease.  Multiple rentals are prohibited.  Over three unrelated individuals is deemed multiple a multiple rental.  Over occupancy of a unit is cause for cancellation of your reservation without refund.

2.  ELECTRIC, CHARCOAL OR GAS GRILL FIRES ON DECKS:  The use of grills o any sort are prohibited on decks.  Individuals in violation may be held financially responsible for fire loss damage.

3.  TRASH:  Pick-up days are Monday and Thursday, early in the morning.

4.  TENNIS COURTS:  When using tennis courts, please lock door(s) when you are the last to leave.

5.  SWIMMING POOL:  A family (6 people) have free use of the pool, clubhouse and pier.  Each person over the six will have to purchase a pass from the lifeguard.  Day passes are $2.00, weekly passes are $10.00.

6.  PARTIES AND NOISE RULES: House parties are to respect a 11:00 p.m. quiet time.  Tenants should exercise care that noise emanating from the unit does not disturb others.

7.  CLOTHING HANGING FROM UNIT: No clothing, towels or blankets shall be aired or displayed so as to be visible fro the street or beach.

8.  PIER:  The lights on the pier are on a timer.  They come on at dusk and go off at approximately 11:00 p.m.  When fishing off the lower deck, boaters have the right of way.  So please move out of their way when you see boats approaching.  No crab, eel, or minnow pots allowed overnight.  Use the hose provided to clean up your mess and do not use the seats at the end of the pier as a bait board.  Please do not mutilate pier, by putting knives, etc. in the wood.
