Owners will consider a well-managed, behaved dog (subject to non-refundable pet fee).
Only 1½ blocks from Lewes Beach and a stone's throw from town, this home features a fully loaded kitchen (including range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and automatic ice maker) stocked with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, cutlery, serving dishes, cookware, and an assortment of dishes and glassware.
This sun-splashed home offers a spacious dining and living room floor plan, with a separate kitchen. Dining room seats 6 (with extra chairs provided). Living room is equipped with a full entertainment center (including cable TV, DVD, stereo, CD player, books, board games and puzzles).
Other amenities include central air conditioning/heating, telephone, washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, outdoor shower, gas grill, and ceiling fans. High-speed Internet service available! (Renters are required to bring their own computer (e.g. laptop or computer hardware) that is equipped with an Ethernet port).
