The cottage at 203 Midland Avenue is very close to the beach, and a short walk to town.
This well-loved, freshly painted house has three bedrooms, an ample dining / living area, a small galley kitchen, one bathroom, a screened front porch and an outdoor shower. There is a washer and dryer in the shed, and some bikes you can use. In Spring 2005, a larger, fenced in back yard was added, with patio, outdoor furniture, grill and landscaping.
The cottage can sleep eight, but six or seven can be very comfortable. As for beds, there are a double, a double bunk, two singles and a sleep sofa. Please bring your own linens and towels. A telephone with free local service can be used with computers accessing 800 numbers, phone cards for long distance, or incoming calls. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and includes a microwave and coffee maker. For your comfort there is a central air conditioner/ heat pump, but most days are comfortable with open windows. There is a TV with extended cable, a DVD player, and a radio/CD player.
The cottage has charm and the walls are covered with paintings by the owners!
